I'm currently unable to build the trunk of Infinispan as Maven is attempting to use a SNAPSHOT maven-enforcer-plugin which is defined as available but not available for download.

Pinning down the versions for the following plugins fixes the build:
maven-enforcer-plugin
maven-compiler-plugin
maven-resources-plugin
