Indeed, I changed to the JIRA title to separate the two issues, because the one reported Craig is the one I can replicate and I can confirm that I can fix. The other one I can't replicate it yet and dunno for sure the cause, hence why I'm limiting this JIRA to solve Craig's problem. More than cheating, is separating concerns and fixes :)
