A org.infinispan.DecoratedCache should be immutable, or using methods like _DecoratedCache.withFlags(Flag...)_ and _DecoratedCache.with(ClassLoader)_ will behave unexpectedly, possibly applying such options to existing instances.

Also all Cache instances should respect the contract of thread-safety.
