Several executor services are not configurable out of the box, which could complicate AS7 management.

For example:
- RehashExecutor (BaseStateTransferManagerImpl, see ISPN-1194)
- LockBreakingService (in TransactionTable)
- CoalescedAsyncStore (in AsyncStore)
