I initially thought the cause of the failures was ISPN_2473, but I looked closer at the logs and it seems it could be a JGroups issue. Both NodeB and NodeC try to forward the Put command, but only the message from NodeC reaches NodeB. The forwarded command from NodeB doesn't reach NodeC, and neither does NodeB's response to NodeC's forwarded command.
