Currently the CLI uses the ___defaultcache if a cache has not been selected. This is incorrect in the case of running within JDG/AS7/EAP since the default cache for a container there doesn't coincide with Infinispan's concept of default cache. Also the CLI URL connection scheme should support specifying the container + cache and also display them as part of the prompt
