I still can't properly replicate this issue. For our ER3 it failed only once - and it was for RHEL5_x86 + oracle's jdk7. On 23 other OSxJVM configuration passed OK.

We are running CR1 recently and this test passed OK for all RHEL's OSxJVM combos. 
I will keep an eye on it.
