Having 2 site configured for cross site replication (sync). 
With the tcp port for xsite replication is blocked, and starts both sites.

After cache managers started up, using CLI to check site status (site --status), the status shows the backup site is ONLINE.

However, the cache entry is not replicating, and network connection for xsite replication is not established (by netstat output).

Anyway, the CLI site status does not return the real/correct status, or misleading.
