also get rid of JAXB annotations and the generated configs: http://docs.jboss.org/infinispan/5.2/configdocs/urn_infinispan_config_5.2 
These are outdated and it's nicer to keep everything where it actually belongs: xsd for XML configs and javadocs for fluent configs.
