The initial log is no longer available in jenkins. I attached a new one from 19.02. 

Not sure what was the cause when this first occured but now the cause is a SuspectedException during broadcast of prepare which causes the commit of the implicit tx to fail. This will go away once ISPN-2402 if fixed. 

Keeping this open for a while just in case I find other types of failures in this test.
