LockingConfigurationBuilder.supportsConcurrentUpdates() and LockingConfiguration.supportsConcurrentUpdates() should be deprecated. This config option should be assumed true and support for the non-concurrent case should be dropped to simplify distribution and locking interceptor hierarchy.
