[~rhusar] and [~dan.berindei] it was originally linked due https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1036889 and it depend on ISPN update 5.2.8.Final, so I can't say what the exact JIRA issue is that, but linked https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=999354 is the right one, which needs to be fixed/back ported.
