Make sure that Cloud cache provider can work with various blob stores.
* AWS S3 doesn't allow underscores in bucket names (currently bucket name is create as {{$containername_cachename}})
* Some providers need to configure API endpoint (e.g. Swift)
* Some providers need to configure additional properties (overriders)
