As an administrator:, then I want to view a clear Warning when the cluster(s) are currently in Degraded or Unavailable mode due to an assumed Network Partition.

Cluster status will be shown next to its title as shown at:
https://rawgit.com/pzapata/infinispan-console-mockup/master/cluster-nodes.html

This status will also be shown at Cluster, Cache Container, and Cache levels
