On Windows machine:
- add admin user
- start Infinispan server in domain mode
- start Internet Explorer 
- go to http://localhost:9990/console
- enter username and password
- click Log in button
 -> result nothing happens, IE console says: InvalidStateError

Tested with Windows 2012 and IE 10/11
