I probably hit a similar bug with 8.2.4. The problem is reported also in ISPN-6931 and will be fixed in 8.2.5. It's an UI bug. The cache container is still accessible by browsing in to http://localhost:9990/console/index.html#/cluster/CLUSTER_NAME/CACHE_CONTAINER_NAME
