Remove RemoteCacheManager constructors? Deprecated since 5.3 (also getProperties method). Leave in the ability to configure a ConfigurationBuilder via props (withProperties()). For generating a property file from a Configuration we can have a ConfigurationSerializer class without overloading the RCM with methods.
