Some of the ops were already there, so I kept their existing names.

The ops are: 
:get-proto-schema-names()
:get-proto-schema-name(file-name=myschema.proto)
:unregister-proto-schemas(file-names=[])
:register-proto-schemas(file-names=[], file-contents=[])
:upload-proto-schemas(file-names=[], file-urls=[])
