Found the problem, {{PartitionerConsistentHash}} needs to compute the hash of the key in {{isKeyLocalToNode()}}, but {{ReplicatedConsistentHash}} doesn't. I'm not sure yet if I can fix this without adding a new method to the {{ConsistentHash}} interface...
