Currently we only have a basic implementation of a properties table for indexing, however properties will definitely be required elsewhere eventually. 

It makes sense to create a generic directive that handles the input of properties. The key requirements being that it allows properties to be added/removed as well as allowing for default properties to be available to the user (dropdown etc).
