The fix for ISPN-6195 was incomplete. Because {{CacheNotFoundResponse.isSuccessful()}} returns {{false}}, {{ClusterTopologyManagerImpl.addResponseValue()}} still throws an exception if one of the other nodes hasn't started the Infinispan {{ForkChannel}} yet.
