Since DR2, nothing should be minified as I introduced this commit which should disable it: https://github.com/infinispan/jdg-management-console/commit/dea1452467b4016d0b2b816aa90212cd1d830c48
I had a look at the content of the DR3 jar at file scripts/management-console.min.js and it looks like it is partially minified. I tried to build a jar from upstream master, and the content of the file is different - it's completely minified.
