As per ISPN-6574 the JCache Remote API has to be able to access the caches on server that were created from outside this API.
The original resolution addressed two of the functions behaviour, namely CacheManager.getCache and CacheManager.enableManagement, but other two mentioned, CacheManager.getCacheNames and CacheManager.enableStatistics are still not behaving as expected.
