As highlighted by point 3 [here|http://lists.jboss.org/pipermail/infinispan-dev/2017-March/017360.html], it's important to make sure that we can easily execute a remote operation with a given transcoder. In the example use case in the dev thread, executing the task had to be done with default marshaller since the compatibility marshaller was not affecting any task return types.
