Commenting out the clone issue temporarily, another issue is the func. command when it does not have the previous value it does a {{[delta.merge(null)|https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan/blob/master/core/src/main/java/org/infinispan/atomic/impl/ApplyDelta.java#L60]}} which will result in an empty {{FileListCacheValue}} thus corrupting the index
