{{COUNT-EXCEPTION}} doesn't seem particularly useful to me. 

WRT a separate property, how about adding an {{EXCEPTION}} value to {{EvictionStrategy}}? We already have {{MANUAL}} there, so {{EXCEPTION}} isn't a huge stretch.
