Maybe extends @ConfigureCache("name-cache") as @Qualifier would be great.
Just a small suggest.
I mean the code as below.

    @Produces
    public Configuration nameCacheConfig() {
        ConfigurationBuilder builder = new ConfigurationBuilder();
        builder.storeAsBinary().enable();
        return builder.build();
