[~vblagojevic] I'm sorry, the fourth step should be restart later (instead of restart now). My mistake.
I've tested it with 9.2.1-SNAPSHOT - last commit ISPN-8935 AbstractFileLookup.lookupFileStrict does not work for jar scheme
