The normal data containers were changed in ISPN-8548 to be more efficient when performing notifications. However scattered cached was not updated as mentioned https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan/pull/6401#discussion_r239006857

We need to do something the same or similar to ISPN-8548 as well.
