It does go noticed but what happens is that {{createCache}} [does not wait for create cache to complete|https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan/blob/master/client/hotrod-client/src/main/java/org/infinispan/client/hotrod/impl/RemoteCacheManagerAdminImpl.java#L57].
