- Reststore: remove element <remote-server> and use a single attribute containing "host:port"

- SIFS:  data and index paths should be together (or even better have a single path)  

- RocksDB: have an element <location base="Infinispan-RocksDBStore" data-prefix="data" expiration-prefix="expired"/>
