[~dan.berindei] what is the code that checks for duplicate UDP packets and ignores it? I would like to take a look.

> when udp packet received twice, two threads try to acquire the lock, lock was acquired successfully twice. But  unlock only executed ones. That cause fqn couldn't be released.
