The [Archetypes|https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan-archetypes] have been severly neglected and need many changes in order to be compatible with Infinispan 11.x. To avoid them becoming out of date in the future, we should bring them into the main infinispan repository.

This is a parent issue to track the various sub-tasks required.
