Main JIRA to split into multiple subtasks:

* Make state transfer non-blocking.
* Remove allocations related to LocalInvocation.newInstanceFromCache(). Use XSiteStateConsumer directly
* Split ClusteredCacheBackupReceiver in: Pessimitic, Optimistic and NonTx implementations
* Remove cache.getStatus() and use the start() and stop() methods
