[jbdevstudio-users] Errors while installing Data Virtualization in JBDS 7.1.1 GA

* For standard eclipse, eg. eclipse-rcp-kepler-SR2-linux-gtk-x86_64  (http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-rcp-and-rap-developers/keplersr2)* The instruction on the teiid designer downloads page should get you up and running (Download & Install - JBoss Community (http://teiiddesigner.jboss.org/downloads)). In quick summary:1. Download and install Eclipse
2. Add http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/release/kepler/integration-stack/ as an available software update site
3. In the Install New Software window, select +Data Virtualization+ and click *Next>*

* This should install all the necessary dependencies, including org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.feature and org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.hive.ui

* For JBDS 7.1.1.GA, the birt feature seems to have been missed out and there is a bug for this already reported here (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBTIS-322). However, the teiid designer downloads page (http://teiiddesigner.jboss.org/downloads) also details a couple of workarounds for this:* Add http://download.eclipse.org/birt/update-site/4.3 as an extra update site;
* As detailed in standard eclipse instructions (above), add http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/release/kepler/integration-stack/ as an extra update site.
* Both of these update sites will provide the missing birt dependencies and ensure Teiid Designer installs successfully.
