[jboss-as7-dev] "ignore" profile in standalone.xml?

Hopefully not much. :-)
The notion of a "profile" still exists, i.e. it's the set of subsystems
the server is running along with their configuration. It's a useful way
of aggregating related information even if it doesn't have a name.
