[jboss-as7-dev] EJB3 security - jboss-app.xml settings

Carlo/Jaikiran/Stuart/Darran,
   I got a pass at handling the jboss-app.xml settings that can include 
security information. This partially takes care of 
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-1355  (if JBoss Metadata project 
provides the schema, then this issue is taken care of).

I had to add @RunAsPrincipal annotation processor.  I am ready to put in 
a pull request. Please provide feedback.
