[jboss-as7-dev] Management Console Roadmap

I did outline a roadmap for the management console:

It's a rough sketch at the moment  (no dates, resource, etc), but it should 
give you an idea in what order we plan to implement it and the requirements towards the 
core management API. 

I intend to derives milestones over the course of the week.
