[jboss-as7-dev] Request for review of DomainServletApi bridge

The use is in an resource constrained environment  (like openshift 
express) where one needs to limit the ports and threads that are being 
created by the server. openshift express also runs under an selinux 
profile that wants to minimize the number of ports that can be opened.

It should be secured via the standard web container security by default 
when created.
