[jboss-as7-dev] Starting to fork EJV3 JPA tests into testsuite/integration...

I'm taking an early stab at hacking some JPA tests together.  They don't 
work yet but will be a work in progress as we decide how to do such testing.

I started with 
https://github.com/scottmarlow/jboss-as/tree/master/testsuite/integration/src/test/java/org/jboss/as/testsuite/integration/jpa/epcpropagation 
which should merge into as7 master (upstream) soon.

Feedback on the epcpropagation test is welcome. :-)
