[jboss-as7-dev] Testsuite execution

This is merged. The various jboss-7.9.x-testsuite jobs on hudson now use 
-DskipTests=false to trigger execution of all the tests.

Reminder: test failures in testsuite modules other than testsuite/smoke 
will no longer fail the build. So check the results when you run the 
full testsuite and keep an eye on the hudson testsuite runs.
