[jboss-as7-dev] Maven Compiler Plug-In

On the current branch I'm working on I've switched the 
maven-compiler-plugin from version 2.1 to version 2.3.2. The reason 
being that with version 2.2+ generated source files can be written to 
target/generated-sources rather than being written to the same directory 
class files are.

Is there any reason this would be a problem for anyone?
