[jboss-as7-dev] Minutes: Consolidate Arquillian test infrastructure

Thanks, it turned out to be my fault.  I was using the (not cool any 
more) "-DskipTests=false" option.  Instead, just using "mvn install 
-DallTests" helped avoid the error!
