This fails quite a lot.
I think the issue is https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/blob/master/testsuite/integration/manualmode/src/test/java/org/jboss/as/test/manualmode/management/cli/GlobalOpsTestCase.java#L101 that sometimes the reload operation takes down the server before the reply can be sent to the client. So the overloaded sendLine() which looks like it allows communication failures should probably be used.

Also, this sleep() makes little sense. There are better ways used in the testsuite to make sure the server is up and running again.
