[jboss-as7-dev] Featured Discussions

Hmm, in the past, I have set many discussions as "Featured". After 
creating the thread, there used to be a link on the top of that thread 
which was something like "Mark current thread as Featured". But I don't 
see it anymore. Maybe something changed. Someone from the .org team 
might know more.
