Hi, 

Since https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-4583 was fixed with what seem to be this commit https://github.com/emuckenhuber/jboss-as/commit/62c76769cb030d36a73b0777f530a7c2b5d626c1
by Stuart deployments  using marker files no longer persists between restarts.

Meaning users restarting their server during testing/development, heck even production (i.e. Torquebox relies on this) have to redeploy everything again.

Any ideas if workaroundable or got a possible patch ?
