[jboss-as7-dev] security in domain testsuite

The file that is missing is used to secure actual applications not the 
domain management interfaces - however as the test is running local to 
the AS it should be using the local authentication mechanism anyway.

Having said that this missing file was added to the distro after this 
test was written so should be copied over the the copied AS installation 
used for the test.
