[jboss-as7-dev] Exposing the preferred locale

According to [1] the preferred locale can be set form the command line:

-Duser.country=DE -Duser.language=de


Is this information exposed through the management layer? I am asking because I want to bootstrap the console to the preferred language as well. Currently it's still a manually selection ("Settings") you have to do once.
