[jboss-as7-dev] Adding the ability to run the OSGi TCK with AS7

I'd think it should be enough to make the necessary changes to the 
embedded server and osgi subsystem (if there are any).
The FrameworkFactory that uses the embedded server and stuff related to 
the TCK setup should live in jbosgi <https://github.com/jbosgi/jbosgi>.
