[jboss-as7-dev] Community AS8 Management API Changes and Freeze Dates

We haven't created this subsystem yet. Most likely it will be something
like as8/batch, or as8/batch-integration. Currently we are focusing on
the standalone implementation, and once the batch spec (JSR 352) goes
final, which will happen very soon, we will work on the integration.
